Please complete all required information including any known delays.

• Flight numbers entered must be 4 digit FedEx assigned flight numbers.
• For delays, please refer the FedEx delay code list and enter each delay type and length for the leg in the "Delay comments" box (for example, W3 :05, A3 :10, F4 :25). Include comments to clarify a delay that cannot be clearly defined with the list.
• Please enter cube as a percentage of cabin volume used (for example, 75 for 75%)
• Ensure the cargo weight entered is in pounds, not kilos.
• All flights must be closed upon completion but no later than 6 hours after scheduled arrival.
• Enter submitter's name and e-mail address at bottom.
• Click on submit at the bottom of the page, and the form will be sent to Flight Coordination Europe
