Password Resets

Pilots should call the IVR system for an automated
reset. Reference the Wallet Operational Contact
Phone Numbers (iPad > Secure Content Locker > Flight
Ops Folder).

Pilots unable to use the IVR system or on a Leave
of Absence (LOA) should call the PAC at 1.855.339.1722
(ANC, HKG, and LAX domiciled pilots should call their
local FOA).

Non-pilots should have their manager complete
a management reset via IDM.
For Soft and Hard Token

Login to https://idguard.fedex.com
using your FedEx ID and enterprise password and
Q & A challenge.

Choose one of the following options:

For lost or replaced Soft Token
devices, choose I've permanently lost or
replaced my soft token device and follow
the process. Reference the Token Guide
(iPad > Secure Content Locker > Reference > Pilot Tablet)
to request and activate your replacement
soft token device.

For lost or damaged Hard Token
devices, choose I've permanently lost my
hardware token or it's damaged (Note: Canceling
a token cannot be undone). Reference the
Token Guide (iPad > Secure Content Locker
> Reference > Pilot Tablet) to request and activate
your hard token device.
