Password Resets

Pilots should call the IVR system at 1.877.639.7793 for an automated password reset.
Pilots unable to use the IVR system or on a Leave of Absence should call the PAC at 1.855.339.1722 (ANC, HKG, and LAX domiciled pilots should call their local FOA).

Non-pilots should call the IVR system at 1.888.339.8324 for an automated reset or have their manager complete a management reset via IDM.

Lost or Expired eGrid

If you lose your eGrid or it has expired, you can get a replacement.

First, you will need to login to the FedEx IdentityGuard self-service web site at https://idguard.fedex.com using your FedEx ID and password. Then choose the option to login with a Q & A challenge. Now, choose the option to cancel your current eGrid and download a replacement.

If you can't answer the Q & A challenge:

Pilots and non-pilots should call 1-888-339-8324 to have your eGrid reset.
