Password Resets

Pilots should call the IVR system at 1.877.639.7793 for an automated password reset.

If you are unable to use the automated password reset system:
Pilots should call the PAC at 1.855.339.1722 (ANC, HKG, and LAX domiciled pilots should call their local FOA).
All other users should contact your manager to complete a management reset via IDM.

Lost or Expired eGrid

If you lose your eGrid or it has expired, you can get a replacement.

First, you will need to log in to the FedEx IdentityGuard self-service web site at https://idguard.fedex.com using your FedEx ID and password. Then choose the option to log in with a Q & A challenge. Once logged in, choose either the option to cancel your current eGrid and download a replacement, or have your current eGrid reissued.

If you can't answer the Q & A challenge:
Pilots should call the PAC at 1.855.339.1722 (ANC, HKG, and LAX domiciled pilots should call their local FOA).
All other users should contact FedEx FRST at 1.888.339.8324 (option 7).
