If you are in the EMEA region, please call 011.32.2752.6666 (option 0). Your date of hire will be required. Contact your manager if you do not know your date of hire.
Pilots on a Leave of Absence should call the PAC at 1.855.339.1722 (ANC, HKG, and LAX domiciled pilots should call their local FOA).
Pilots currently on a trip needing immediate assistance should call Crew Scheduling at 1.800.238.7527.

Lost or Expired eGrid
If you lose your eGrid or it has expired, you can get a replacement.
You will need to login to the FedEx IdentityGuard self-service website using your employee number and password. Then choose the option to log in with a Q & A challenge. After a successful login, choose the option to cancel your current eGrid and download a replacement.
If you can't answer the Q & A challenge:
Non-pilots should contact their manager.
